Do you offer local delivery? Yes, for a fee. We deliver within a 50-mile radius of Prescott, Arizona. Can you ship nationwide? Yes. We work with a freight company to ship our products anywhere in the Continental United States. Do you accept returns? It depends on the order. We can't accept return of any item that is custom crafted to your specifications. Lumber packages that are special ordered can be returned for a store credit only, not a refund. All returns for store credit are subject to a 25% restocking fee. We make every effort to ensure you understand what you're ordering and that we provide products that meet your specifications and satisfy your needs. We haven't stayed in business for over 30 years by having dissatisfied customers! Can you mill lumber we bring to you? Yes, we're happy to work with your timber. However, we do NOT do millwork on any chemically treated lumber such as railroad ties or pressure-treated landscaping lumber. Do you offer special "rush" service? Yes, if you need millwork in a hurrry, we guarantee a 48-hour turnaround. There's an additional 50% millwork fee.
